| Restrictions

| No glitter anywhere in the school.If we find glitter the class that brings glitter will be fined $100 for cleaning charges |
| No duct tape on stage or anywhere in the school. Painters masking tape is allowed. Same $100 fine
rule stated above applies to this restriction as well. |
| No sharp objects on the backdrops or curtains |
| No food outside the cafeteria. |
| No food or drinks allowed in the auditorium. We understand that there might be little children. If they need to be fed, parents need to do it in the cafeteria. |
| If the fire alarm goes off, every one should vacate the building immediately. No Exceptions. |
| Rehearsal Day - Friday April 22nd 2016 |
| Rehearsals start at 6 PM sharp. |
| School is available from 4pm - 9pm |
| Please arrive at least 20 mins before your allocated slot. |
| If a performance doesn't start on their respective allocated time slot for ANY reason, it will be moved to the
end of the list and the next performance in the list will take its place. |

| All volunteers are required at school by 12.15PM |
| Program starts at 2 PM EST sharp. Parents should arrive by 1:30 PM EST |
| Dinner will be served after AD program in orderly manner. Everyone will wait for their group’s
announcement before heading to cafeteria. |
| BYG will have bake sale and ice cream sale. All the collections will support BYG charities: Abhilasha Kids and AIM for Seva.
