New and existing Plymouth Balvihar member families are required to complete an annual registration form each year.
NOTE: The link below is only for new members and should NOT be used by the existing members. Existing members should use the link sent to them by email.
New members please register by clicking here and you will receive an email confirming your submission of the registration form.
Please make sure to fill on the fields marked by * as they are mandatory.
You will receive an email from us sometime in July/August once your child's admission is confirmed. All new students are admitted in the beginner language class and Culture class assignment is based on the age of the child.
The minimum donation/registration fees are as follows:
- Minimum donation of $200 per Child/$400 per family (No registration fee for parents if a child is registered.) . There is an additional $50 (one time) registration fee for New Balvihar Member Families.
- $50 registration fee for parents/volunteers, if you have not registered a child.
Make checks payable to "Plymouth Balvihar" and mail it along with the completed
liability waiver form to the following address:

Your membership will not be confirmed until we receive the donation check along with the completed liability waiver form.
We have limited enrolments and registrations will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis

Plymouth Balvihar meets at TBI Blue Bell from 3pm to 5pm from Sept- Dec, May and June and from 2pm-5pm from January- April. First 2 hours are teaching sessions for Language and Culture classes and last hour is for cultural program practices from Jan- April. We are currently reviewing the timings and it is subject to change but will remain between 2 - 4pm.
